Hi, I'm Millie. I trained as a skin therapist to do work I loved and create a career where I could spend time with my young family. I loved the work. What I didn't love was how much time I spent on my phone doing the admin that running a small business requires.
One of the biggest drains was homecare. Being a perfectionist, and knowing how vital aftercare was to my results, I'd sometimes spend 30 minutes putting recommendations together for one client. Leida is a web app, which means there's nothing to download from the App Store or Play Store. It works beautifully on your phone, iPad, or desktop. On your phone, you can add Leida to your home screen so she opens instantly.
You add clients directly in Leida. You don't need to import your existing client list before you start. You can create a client profile on the spot, right as you're building their first recommendation. It takes seconds, and once they're in, everything is saved for next time.
Integrations are something we're actively exploring and will likely be part of Leida's future. For now, Leida is designed to sit alongside whatever booking system or technology you already use without clashing. Think of her as the recommendation layer in your stack: your booking system handles appointments, Leida handles homecare.
Every PDF is saved inside your client's profile, with a timestamp so you can see exactly when it was created. You can share it the moment you finish, or go back into a client's profile any time to resend or review previous recommendations. Sharing is native to your phone: when you hit share, you get all your usual options, WhatsApp, email, or however you communicate with your clients.
