Ellie, here's yourUpdated Routine

It was lovely to see you today! Now that you're happy with your base routine, we can slowly introduce some actives so I've moved your Peptide Serum to the evening and added a Vitamin C Serum, which you'll find in your morning routine. Let me know if you have any questions!

Aftercare for yourGlass Skin FacialYour skin has just had a Glass Skin Facial today. Here’s how to look after it while it settles, tap to read in full.

The next day or two are simply about keeping things gentle while your skin settles. Nothing complicated, just a little extra care.

  • Give it space to breathe. Your skin has done a lot today, so let it rest this evening and, where you can, leave it bare rather than layering makeup over the top.
  • Keep things simple for the first 24 hours: cleanser, moisturiser and SPF only. Hold off on anything active, like exfoliants, retinoids or strong vitamin C, until your skin has settled.
  • Drink plenty of water. Hydration supports everything your skin is doing right now, so keep your glass topped up through the day.
  • A little redness or sensitivity straight afterwards is completely normal and settles quickly. It’s nothing to worry about.
  • SPF tomorrow morning without fail. Freshly treated skin is more vulnerable to the sun, so a generous layer protects all the work we did today.
  • Anything on your mind, just message me. If something doesn’t feel quite right, or you’re unsure about a step, I’d always rather you asked.

Day to daySkincare tips NewA few things worth knowing between appointments, on SPF, diet, stress and hormones. Tap to read.

Getting the most from your SPF New

  • SPF is the cheapest, easiest and most effective anti-ageing tool there is, and most people aren’t using it correctly.
  • Apply it as your final morning step, and use enough: a full teaspoon for face and neck.
  • Ideally reapply every two hours; at a minimum, a factor 50 protects you all day, as long as you’re not heavily sweating or wiping it off.

Diet and your skin

  • Dairy and high-glycaemic foods are the most common dietary triggers for acne and inflammation.
  • You don’t need to cut them out entirely, but noticing your patterns over time is genuinely worthwhile.

Stress and your skin

  • Stress directly raises cortisol, which increases oil production and slows healing.
  • Managing stress is skincare; it belongs in your routine as much as your cleanser does.

Hormones and your skin

  • Hormonal fluctuations affect oil, sensitivity and healing speed throughout the month.
  • Your skin isn’t being unpredictable; it’s responding to your cycle.
  • Tracking the patterns over time helps it all make sense.

That's everything for now.

If anything feels off, or you're not sure about a step, just message me. This page updates each time we review.
